Julies Aerobics is run at Howley Grange Primary School on a Monday and Thursday evening. Suitable for all ages and abilities
Half an hour of cardio exercises and routines, followed by half an hour of toning exercises. Friendly atmosphere, where you can work at your own pace and to your own ability

Hi all, I hope you're keeping fit and well.

There is no possibility at the moment of resuming classes at Howley Grange.
I may look at other venues when the restrictions ease further, but for now I shall continue with my workout buddy (Rachel 😘) to enjoy youtube's finest. I am walking regularly on a one to one basis with friends from class and if you would like a walk and a catch up just message me.

Hi All, I'd like to wish you all a happy and healthy Christmas and a hope for a return to some sort of normality in the New Year.
I haven't given up on the idea of resuming classes and have felt sadness on hearing the Christmas songs that we know and love and have exercised to over past Decembers 😢

Hi All, apologies for not keeping in touch but the last few months have been challenging to say the least. We said a final goodbye to our dear old mom yesterday and health issues in the family have overshadowed everything including the pandemic.
I contacted the school just before the holidays and they confirmed that there is no chance of resuming classes in the foreseeable future as amongst other issues they will be using the hall as a classroom.
If anyone would like to meet for a walk and a catch up please message me.

Morning all, my lockdown fitness quest this week has included....
Joe Wicks PE
Leslie Sansone boosted walk
Louise Condon's 80's aerobics
Also Louise's cardio and weights workout
And this morning I've tackled a 30 minute resistance band workout.......boy do my arms know about that 💪😂
Oh, I also walked (amongst other walks) the four miles to Sylv's for a socially distanced drive chat.

Happy Sunday everyone.
I've done an hour's walk this morning before most people had even got up and then I've done a pilates dvd that was new to me. I enjoyed it and there are a few exercises I can't wait to share with you, hopefully in the not too distant future.
I bet you can't wait 🤣 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️

Well I've dusted off and done a couple more dvd workouts, coincidentally with the same celebrity trainer Dee Thresher. I've adapted as I've gone along (of course 😊) but they both worked me well and made a change from PE with Joe!
If anyone would like to borrow them I can leave them in the porch for collection.

Morning all, after a very shaky 3 weeks where Steve's Covid-19 was diagnosed and then he generously gave it to me, I'm at last starting to feel so much better.
I did a walking exercise workout on Saturday (Leslie Sansone) and this morning I've tackled Joe Wicks. I found it very hard but am thrilled to be feeling more like me 😊
I hope you're all staying safe, healthy and keeping up the exercise.

Well I've just done Joe Wicks PE and abs workouts and have found someone who talks EVEN more than me when instructing 😂
Substitute low impact for the high if necessary and keep those legs moving in the rest periods 😊
I did his stretch routine too but did 'ours' afterwards to some lovely stretchy music.

Morning all, sadly, classes are having to be suspended for a while to help us get through this crazy time.
No excuses though, we still need to exercise, so do keep in touch and let me know what you're up to (I'm still after a cycling buddy 🤣)
