Another big week in the books 📚

Playoffs with secured. AGAIN!! 🔥

Clinic this week = organised chaos:
Dry needling working overtime 💉
Cupping marks everywhere… if you know, you know 😂

Marathon season in fulllll swing 🏃‍♂️
London runners locked in with final preparations… and Manchester runners in full recovery mode 🎧

Still found the time for myself with some solid gym sessions - thank you for keeping me on track 🔂

And topped it off with another Sunday win for ✅

Had a really nice moment when another woman complimented me mid-workout and we ended up chatting 🥹 It genuinely reminded me how powerful women supporting women can be 🫶

I work in a male-dominated field, so moments like this always feel extra special ✨

• Monday: Reset mode — visiting my amazing friend for Manual Lymphatic Drainage & Wood Therapy 🪵
• Tuesday: In with for training ⚽️
• Wednesday: Graft at Health Collective — IASTM & sports massage in full flow 💆🏻‍♀️
• Thursday: Up in Manchester for a client shoot with 🎥
• Friday: Back to it — cupping & massage getting bodies prepped for marathon season 🏅+ saying goodbye to .emg before her Aus travels 🐨
• Saturday: Halesowen vs Kettering ends in a draw… still everything to play for 👀
• Sunday: Double shift — morning clinic at Health Collective, then celebrating bringing home a cup final win 🏆 AND a big ManCity vs Arsenal win 🎉

Non-stop, but wouldn’t have it any other way ✨
