⚽️ NEVER STOP DEMANDING THE BALL ⚽️

One of the biggest habits we encourage in our Foundation Footballers is having the confidence to demand the ball from teammates.

Communication, movement, and bravery on the pitch help players stay involved, make better decisions, and grow in confidence during games and training. 💪

Great players don’t hide — they show for the ball and never stop asking for it!!

Learning to communicate, trust themselves, and play with confidence every single session! 👏

⚽️ DRAG BACK & PUSH ⚽️

Our Foundation Footballers worked on a brilliant technical drill — dribbling to the centre cone, performing a drag back and push move, then finishing with a sharp pass to their teammate. 💪

A great exercise to develop close control, quick footwork, confidence on the ball, and quality passing under movement. The players brought fantastic energy and focus throughout the session! 🚀

Learning new skills, building confidence, and enjoying every minute of the process. 👏

⚽️ HIGH INTENSITY WARM UP ⚽️

Our Foundation Footballers kicked off the session with a high-energy warm up focused on dribbling through cones, sharp passing, movement, and quick recovery runs. 💪

The quality, tempo, and focus from the players were excellent — getting both body and mind ready for the work ahead. Fast feet, sharp reactions, and nonstop energy set the tone for a brilliant session. 🚀

Strong habits create strong players, and the group brought great intensity from the first minute! 👏
