Our greenkeeping team have been working incredibly hard over the winter repairing and restoring the bunkers, and they’ve done a fantastic job getting them back into great shape ready for the season ahead. 👏⛳

To help keep them looking their best, here’s a quick demo showing how we’d like bunkers to be raked after playing your shot. Taking a few extra seconds really helps maintain the great work the team have done and keeps the course fair for everyone.

A big thank you to the greenkeeping team for all their hard work — and thanks to our members for doing their bit too.

Last night, we were treated to a wonderful evening of music from Bravura choir at our Clubhouse, helping us all “Beat those January Blues”! 🎶✨
Our talented members performed as part of the choir: Hale Golf Club Lady Captain Vicky Chamberlain, Clare Withey, Corinne Veitch, and Emma Daynes. 🎶✨

The choir performed beautifully, and all proceeds went to the Lady Captain’s charity, Macclesfield Samaritans. A truly memorable evening, thank you to everyone involved! 👏💛

Winter golf is here! 🧤 Effective today, 13th October, Hale’s Local Rule of Preferred Lies will be withdrawn and replaced with England Golf’s new ruling. Please make sure you’ve read the updated Winter Rules before your next round — helping to keep the course in great condition for everyone.
