WE'RE BACK!!!!! WE'RE BACK!!!!! WE'RE BACK!!!!! WE'RE BACK!!!!! WE'RE BACK!!!!!

I can now confirm that we are back to our heel classes and I couldn't be more excited.

Our first class is on the Wednesday 6th October at 8:15pm Freedom leisure hailsham and £6 per class for an hour. You don't have to be a member of the fitness centre.

Please can you ensure that you wear block heels and heels you know you're going to be comfortable in. Of course, you can wear trainers if you want to we just want your sass!

I can't wait to get to it again with you all, it's beeen sooooo long!

I'll set up an event for it each week, if you can like and share and get the word out there that we are back! Any questions let me know!

So... I may have found a venue, I just need to know what nights you'd prefer.

I tried to set a poll up but Facebook was being stupid.

The only time slot they can give me is 20:15pm

With government advising to avoid all non essential travel and gatherings large and small, I regret to postpone our heels classes until further notice. This was a very difficult decision to make, but I want to act responsibly and protect our community.

So with immediate affect we have postponed all future heel classes until further notice. I don't want to risk the lives of others by not delaying classes, your health and the health of those vulnerable are important to me.

I will message you directly if you have a paid for five weeks with what to do next.

We don't know how this is going to affect us, but I wish you all the best, keep your hands clean and try and not let the fear consume you.
