U11 Ropers had a very successful Ringmer Tournament today. Topped the group and went through to the Quarter Finals. Made it through on penalties to face Eastbourne Borough in our 1st Semi Final in years. Unfortunately lost 2-0 but gave a hard fought performance but ran out of steam at the end with tired legs & the heat. A tournament to be proud of with incredible performances from every player who each gave their heart & soul.

With just 10 players available to cover 2 teams in today’s tournament a huge thank you to U7 players and coaches for stepping in/up to support the U8 and representing the club, we (the club and Stevie) are very grateful especially as they had played in their own age group this morning as well.

Well done to the U8 Players you were also exceptional

Parents and players support was genuinely fantastic and made a potentially dreadful afternoon a really enjoyable one ⚽️💛💚💛💚👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

U10 Stringers had a great tournament at Horam & Heathfield, reaching the Plate Final. Getting through two penalty shout and just missing out in the final on penalties. Played lovely football and showed team work all day. The celebrations, including players from the Ropers & U7s, when they won on penalties in the semis were brilliant!
