🎿 Ski lessons are changing in Season 2026/27 - Re-introducing Level 4 🎿

The final step in our group lesson pathway.

Level 4 is designed for skiers who can confidently perform snowplough turns, link turns together and control their speed through turning. At this stage, the focus shifts from learning the fundamentals to refining them. Lessons are one hour on the slope.

During the lesson you'll develop:
βœ” Smoother linked turns
βœ” Greater confidence across the slope
βœ” Better flow and consistency between turns
βœ” Increased independence while skiing
βœ” Improved control using more of the slope

As confidence grows, you'll spend less time relying on stopping and more time controlling your speed through your turns. The aim is to create smooth, controlled runs that allow you to ski comfortably and confidently across the slope.

For some skiers, this stage may also include an introduction to basic parallel movements as part of their progression.

Through practice and repetition, movements become more natural, helping you ski with greater confidence, consistency and independence.

This is the lesson where many skiers make the transition from learning to ski to becoming independent skiers.

⏰ Please arrive 30 minutes before your lesson time for sign-in and equipment fitting.
🎿 Helmets, boots and skis are included.
πŸ’§ The slope is mist-lubricated, so a change of clothes is recommended.

After completing Level 4, you'll be ready to ski independently and can continue developing your skills through Open Practice sessions or private lessons.

🎿 Ski lessons are changing in Season 2026/27 - Re-introducing Level 3 🎿

This is where skiing really starts to come together.

Level 3 is designed for skiers who can confidently control their speed and stop using a snowplough. With those foundations in place, the focus shifts towards turning. Lessons are one hour on the slope.

During the lesson you'll develop:
βœ” Snowplough turns
βœ” Better directional control
βœ” Smoother speed management
βœ” Improved confidence and coordination on the slope
βœ” The ability to begin linking turns together

Rather than relying on stopping to stay in control, you'll learn how turning can help manage both your direction and speed. As confidence grows, you'll begin linking turns together, creating smoother and more controlled runs down the slope.

Through practice and repetition, movements become more natural, helping you ski with greater confidence and consistency.

For many skiers, this is the stage where they begin to feel like they are truly skiing rather than simply learning to ski.

⏰ Please arrive 30 minutes before your lesson time for sign-in and equipment fitting.
🎿 Helmets, boots and skis are included.
πŸ’§ The slope is mist-lubricated, so a change of clothes is recommended.

After completing Level 3, you'll be ready for Level 4, where you'll refine your turns, develop greater confidence across the full slope and begin moving towards independent skiing.

🎿 Ski lessons are changing in Season 2026/27 - Re-introducing Level 2🎿

You've mastered the basics β€” now it's time to take control.

Level 2 is designed for skiers who have completed Introduction to Skiing or already have equivalent experience. At this stage, you should be comfortable moving around on skis, performing straight runs and have been introduced to the snowplough position. Lessons are one hour on the slope.

This lesson focuses on one of the most important skills in skiing: controlling your speed and stopping confidently.

During the session you'll develop:
βœ” More effective snowplough stops
βœ” Greater speed control
βœ” Improved balance and confidence on the slope
βœ” More consistent technique through repetition and practice

The lesson begins with a short refresher of the skills learned in Level 1 before progressing onto exercises designed to strengthen your control. As confidence develops, you may move further up the slope, potentially reaching the halfway point.

For many skiers, this is the lesson where skiing starts to feel much more natural. The more control you gain, the more enjoyable every run becomes.

⏰ Please arrive 30 minutes before your lesson time for sign-in and equipment fitting.
🎿 Helmets, boots and skis are included.
πŸ’§ The slope is mist-lubricated, so a change of clothes is recommended.

After completing Level 2, you'll be ready for Level 3, where you'll begin developing more consistent turns and greater control across the slope.

🎿 Ski lessons are changing in Season 2026/27 - Re-introducing the "Introduction to Skiing" (Level 1) 🎿

Thinking about learning to ski but not sure where to start?

Introduction to Skiing is our beginner lesson for anyone aged 10+ who has never skied before, as well as those returning to skiing after a long break. Lessons are one hour on the slope.

You'll be learning alongside other beginners, with an instructor guiding the group through each stage of the lesson at a steady and supportive pace.

During the session you'll learn:
βœ” How to move around on skis
βœ” Balance and basic movement on flat ground
βœ” Straight runs on the slope
βœ” How to position yourself correctly on your skis
βœ” The snowplough position, which forms the foundation for controlling speed, stopping and turning

The lesson is active, hands-on and designed to build confidence through practice and repetition. By the end of the session you'll have taken your first real steps towards becoming an independent skier.

No previous experience is required and all participants start at the same level.

⏰ Please arrive 30 minutes before your lesson time for sign-in and equipment fitting.
🎿 Helmets, boots and skis are included.
πŸ’§ The slope is mist-lubricated, so a change of clothes is recommended.

Once you've completed Level 1, you'll be ready to move on to Level 2 and begin developing greater control and confidence on the slope.
