Something special is taking shape in Sussex...

A familiar face back in the workshop...

Back in 2024, we built this custom Eikon for its owner. This week it returned to the workshop for a full service – and it's fair to say it has evolved a little since then.

The most obvious change? Those stunning ENVE wheels, complete with custom purple decals that tie the whole build together beautifully.

One of the things we love most about custom bikes is that they're never really finished. As riders' needs, tastes and ambitions change, their bikes evolve with them.

Freshly serviced, dialled in and ready for many more miles.

After last year’s gravel edition, TPRNo6 returns to classic TPR form: stunning mountain roads, no mandatory off-road sections, and a choose-your-own-adventure spirit where carefully chosen routes and the preparedness to handle them pay off.

Now in its sixth year, the Trans Pyrenees Race has built a loyal following as riders have discovered the quiet magic of these mighty, culturally rich mountains and the breathtaking roads and cols that connect them.

We'd planned to photograph this one outdoors, but after a week of wind and rain the workshop had to do.

This latest Edge gravel build is finished in our satin bead finish, paired with oil-slick anodised logos applied to a brushed surface. Compared to a polished finish, the brushed texture softens the effect, creating something more understated while still revealing flashes of colour as the light catches it.

Hope Technology Ltd RX40 wheels with orange hubs complement the matching headset and seat clamp details, while Shimano GRX provides a proven gravel-ready groupset.

Now all it needs is some dust.

🔧 Workshop Wednesday

This titanium frame, built by another manufacturer, arrived at our workshop with a crack developing just above the seat tube weld.

Following inspection, our team removed the damaged seat tube and replaced it with a completely new titanium tube, restoring the frame's structural integrity and extending its service life.

From diagnosis and tube removal through to final fitting and finishing, every stage of the repair was carried out in-house by our experienced workshop team.

As well as building our own frames, we also offer repair and refurbishment services for titanium frames from a wide range of manufacturers.
