That's exactly why I create guided meditation and Yoga Nidra recordings on my Substack.

A little confession...

Even as a yoga & meditation teacher, building a regular meditation practice hasn't always come naturally to me.

Life gets busy. The mind gets busy. And meditation can easily become one of those things we know is good for us, but somehow keeps slipping down the list.

That's one of the reasons I created a dedicated space each week for us to simply sit, breathe and practice together.

There is something quite special about meditating as a group. We may each be having our own experience, but gathering together creates a sense of support, accountability, and shared presence that can be difficult to find when practising alone.

On Wednesday 10th June, we'll be beginning a new 12-week meditation journey, exploring attention, awareness, presence and inner stillness through the principles of Dhyana Meditation.

Many of these themes will already be familiar to those who have attended previous classes, but we'll be revisiting them in greater depth and gradually building upon each week's practice.

Whether you're completely new to meditation, returning to it after some time away, or looking to deepen an existing practice, you're very welcome.

In a world that often pulls our attention forwards, June is an invitation to pause, reconnect with the body, and find steadiness in the present moment. Through movement, breathwork, meditation and rest, we'll be exploring how presence isn't something we achieve, but something we return to again and again.

A nourishing seasonal evening of ceremonial cacao, gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation and Yoga Nidra. Places are already filling, with only a few spaces remaining.

I've just shared a new guided meditation for paid subscribers:
'Resting in What Remains'
A short 11-minute practice for slowing down and returning to stillness.

So much of the time we're moving towards the next thing - the next task, plan, or decision. This practice is an invitation to pause for a few moments and reconnect with what is already here.
It's a gentle meditation that can be returned to whenever life feels busy, full, or simply in need of a little space.

One of the things I love most about creating On the Mindful Path is being able to share not only reflections, but practices that support them. A midweek practice combining mindful movement with deeply restorative Yin yoga.

Each class begins with breath-led flow to release tension and reconnect with the body, before gradually softening into longer-held Yin postures to support deep rest and nervous system reset.
