A special well done to this guy you see me sharing some love with David Drummond

As you can tell by the picture I'm over the moon with his massive achievement of reaching his Specialist 1 level with KMS: Krav Maga Scotland

Specialist one takes a special courage fight and desire to reach.
But after a lot of blood sweat and tears, kicks punches takedowns and bruises he's made this massive achievement

Even got to spar with our chief Instructor Fraser Anderson as well as various other kms instructors to keep the pressure building

Back to work for our instructors and coaches this weekend !!

We had the privilege of providing some introductory self-defence training to 60 skaters at the Peak in Stirling. What a great bunch of folk who were a credit to their figure stating club and coaches 👏
