Wonderful and nourishing teaching day training these lovely souls my Nurture Yoga Foundation Level Training for Yoga Scotland a great group of people came together from yoga teachers to all different backgrounds and an amazing day of learning was had by all! Can’t wait to deliver my Level 1 and then my Level 2 training courses in my Nurture Yoga…..watch this space! Thank you to for inviting me to deliver my training. Love and light to you all ♥️🙏🏻
