Hi, I’m Emma — founder of Inhale Exhale ✨
I created Inhale Exhale because I wanted wellness to feel more real.
Not another quick fix.
Not another “summer body” promise.
Not another space where women feel like they have to shrink themselves or have everything figured out before they walk through the door.
Just a space where you can breathe, move, feel stronger, clear your head, and reconnect with yourself again.
I teach yoga and Pilates in a way that’s supportive, grounding, challenging when it needs to be, and always focused on how you feel rather than how things look!
The women who come to the studio are busy, capable, caring for everyone else, juggling work, family, life… and often running on empty. I know that feeling well. That’s why I wanted to create somewhere people could walk into and instantly feel lighter.
At Inhale Exhale, there’s no pressure to be perfect. Some days you feel strong, some days you lie in child’s pose for half the class and call it balance 😂
I care about helping women build strength, confidence, calm, and longevity — physically and mentally — in a way that actually fits into real life.
Expect movement, community, nervous system resets, honest conversations, deep breaths, shaky legs in Pilates, and probably me reminding everyone to unclench their jaw at least once a class 🤍
