Brand new junior HIIT classes incoming

We are introducing junior Gym HIIT workouts from next week.
A great instructor led High Intensity Interval Training class in our functional area of the gym.
Using a range of functional and resistance equipment as well as body weight exercises.

Ages 12-15yrs

Tuesdays and Wednesdays 15:30-16:00
