Pilates/ weight bearing/ Impact
To increase strength and Bone density.
Bodyweight exercises use an individual's own weight and gravity to provide resistance, effectively building muscle, increasing strength, and improving endurance, flexibility, and balance. These exercises—such as push-ups, squats, and planks—promote functional fitness, enhance core stability, and allow for versatile, no-equipment training that can be scaled to any fitness level.
Using weights:
Bone density exercises—specifically weight-bearing and resistance training—are essential because they stress bones, forcing them to become denser, stronger, and more resistant to fractures. These exercises, such as lifting weights, heel drops, hopping,
Light jumping prevent bone loss, reduce the risk of osteoporosis, and improve balance to prevent falls.
