Are you ready to compete? Or simply looking to build confidence, improve technique and have fun in the pool?

Our Squad Three sessions are perfect for swimmers looking to develop their skills in a friendly and supportive environment.

⭐ 3 FREE trial sessions available!
📍 All sessions take place at Guisborough Swim & Fitness Centre.
🗓 Squad Three training times:
• Monday: 6:30pm–7:30pm
• Friday: 5:45pm–6:45pm
• Saturday: 8:00am–8:45am

Sam has qualified for Nationals in the English Summer Nationals Meet and has qualified to compete in the 100 Breast, 200 Breast, 200 IM and 400 IM, which follows on from a stellar year at both County and Regional level!

We wish you the best of luck and will be cheering you on💪💛
