The My Leisure Gym is a state-of-the-art fitness centre with pioneer equipment and technology, providing people and institutions with innovative wellness solutions. We have the latest TechnoGym equipment and Wellness system installed with all our CV
machines fully interactive with web browsing capabilities, Apple docking stations and TV screens. All
new members will receive a ‘Wellness Key’ and log on details to mywellness.com a fully interactive website designed to support your fitness goals, monitor improvement and weight loss. 'My Leisure's' new 'Family Activity' sessions will run from 5pm-6pm every Monday and Wednesday
starting in February. Our state of the art sports hall complete with newly installed £65,000 floor will be split in half using our electronic dividing wall. In half of the hall will be an adult fitness class and the other half will be a children's sports activity - perfect fun for the family. Fitness Classes

We are pleased to announce our official partnership with Dutch Football giants, Ajax FC. The partnership will bring some great opportunities for the kids in the form of official training sessions, player assessments, online technical advice and video sessions.
