Tracey has recently just finished her 12 week program!
And take a look at her amazing results! 💪

Not just has she lost 5kgs but all 5kgs in fat while maintaining muscle mass she already had!
Overall 5% body fat lost.

She has done this all while enjoying a wine on the weekly and the all important cream eggs as her treats for the week. This was all built into her plan and her diet by consistently following a weekly calorie count and being consistent with her workouts/joining in with the unlimited group sessions she had access too throughout the change!

Well done Tracey! You’ve absolutely nailed it over the last 12 weeks and she will take what she has learned and carry on with the momentum she has built 👏💪
