CALLING ALL RUNNERS…..
hill reps are badass!! And a great timesaver.
They are one of the best run sessions you can do especially if you’re time poor….
Amongst other things;
🏃🏼‍♀️ They can help you with run form
💪🏼 They can help you build strength
💨 They can help you build speed & endurance
📐 They can help increase your stride length
You’ll feel like a cheetah when you start running on the flat again!! 🐆
This morning I did short hill reps; 20 - 30 seconds. You could also do longer reps at 60 - 90 seconds or hill climbs at tempo; around 2 minutes.
If any of you know Guildford Cathedral I did 10 reps and aim to build on speed and quantity over the coming months. Although looking at the uphill video it doesn’t look overly sprinty 🤣 (I can assure you it felt sprinty!!)

In addition to this, as a Mum myself I’m honoured to work with both pre and post natal Mums to get you both in to, and out of your pregnancy strong and feeling great.
