We are very happy to be back up and fully open post lockdown and it's great to see so many of you regularly participating in the new group lessons, especially with so many new faces to mix with the familiar ones! We are constantly trying to improve our products and services, which is why recently many of the lesson formats have changed and developed to give you more options and improve your training.
