🔬 What the research shows:

📉 In the STEP-1 trial (semaglutide), people lost significant weight, with around 6–7 kg coming from lean mass

📊 In a DXA body-composition substudy from SURMOUNT-1 (tirzepatide / Mounjaro), participants lost both fat mass and lean mass compared with placebo
