Investing in our team, so we can serve our members even better.

Recently, we spent time with Graham, our Pilates and corrective exercise coach, putting the team through their paces and giving everyone a first-hand experience of what Pilates is really all about.

The session wasn’t just about learning the exercises. It was about understanding how Pilates is delivered, why it works, and how it supports movement, strength, mobility, and long-term health.

At Field of Fitness, we believe great coaching starts with continuous education. By learning together, we ensure our entire team speaks the same language and delivers a consistent, high quality experience for every member.
