To find us when you leave the Old Portsmouth Road at the roundabout you need to then turn left into the industrial estate not carry on straight into the park and ride. Once in the industrial estate you need to follow the road right the way round and we are the last unit on the right.

CrossFit Guildford Run Club kicking off Sunday 8th. Each session will be planned by a member to introduce new Run routes and post run snacks at each session. Runs are suitable for all levels and will always be under 5k unless stated otherwise. They will also all start or finish with a chance for some snacks and social time.
