🏁 The 2026–2027 Short Track Season is almost here — and we’re only 3 weeks away from the first domestic race at Aldwych Speed Club!

There’s a real buzz this year. Sheffield is back on the circuit after a couple of seasons away, Mohawks’ tight rink is guaranteed to deliver close, heart‑pounding racing, and it’s always special to compete at Nottingham — the home of British Ice Skating.

🌍 On the international stage, we’re hoping for a strong Aldwych showing at the Team GB senior qualifying competition in October, followed by the challenges of the ISU World Tour.

🔥 Our juniors are bringing serious momentum too — pushing hard for places on the senior team while focusing on the Junior World Cup and the European Youth Olympic Festival.

🇪🇺 And for our domestically‑focused skaters, Europe is calling. The StarClass and Golden Sun Award series will take them to Germany, Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands for fast racing and big opportunities.

✨ Good luck and safe travels to all our skaters.
The season is packed, the energy is high, and we can’t wait to see Aldwych colours on the ice.

🏁 Aldwych Speed Club – Short Track Season 2026–2027
The Aldwych Open is back! Join us at the Guildford Spectrum for four evenings of fast skating and great energy between 16:45 and 20:30.

What a week in Oberstdorf!
Our skaters took on five days of high‑intensity training, conquered a 2km mountain run, tried their hand at Nordic biathlon (laser shooting + kick biking), and even launched themselves down the ski jump on an inflatable ring.

They finished with a two‑day competition full of fresh PBs and strong early‑season performances.

Huge congratulations to everyone who took part.
