We are open this week and the air con will be permanently on full along with the fans… yes we dread to think what the electricity bill will be! But, your health and safety are too important to skimp on.

Also you’re welcome to just pop in to sit and escape the heat and have a cold glass of water from the chilled water fountain. If we are there you are welcome to be too!

Well don’t we have some lovely to news to share!

We have somehow got enough votes to get us to The British Fitness Awards shortlist. So to every person who voted for us… a massive THANKYOU!

In total over 1.4 million votes were cast across the awards long list that has narrowed the incredible field down to the current shortlist.

We are shortlisted for :
Male PT - Grant
Female PT - Ally
Fitness Presenter - Ally
Gym - Amovida
Holistic Programme - Group Centergy

Voting reopens Friday 27th June to whittle the shortlist down to finalist. We have no illusions how hard it is to get to those spots, but hey… let’s give it a try.
