A new sequence I added into the studio this week. It strengthens your side obliques and then your working your arms and shoulders at the same time. Using a 3kg makes this sequence more challenging.

As I stand admiring this amazing sculpture in this beautiful garden, created by a woman who was a leader and pioneer of her time the artist and sculpture Barbara Hepworth. It makes me think that as a new month begins no matter what’s ahead be it an obstacle or a new challenge I’m going to face it head on, be positive and inspire and bless those around me as much as I can.
