Whether you’re new to yoga, inquisitive or already practicing, this class will help you develop confidence, grow in your physical self awareness and meet other men exploring the world of yoga.

Heads up! Our opening hours for Saturdays are changing!
From Saturday 28th March, we will now be open from 7am to 5pm.
Our swimming pool and spa facilities will be open from 7am to 4:30pm.

If anyone has not noticed this machine before, this helps measure your height, weight, BMI, and body fat which all help make sure you know your current body status! Just make sure you have dry and clean hands. You do not have to take your shoes off, but more accurate for weight if you do!
