June marks the start of the Monday evening 90-minute swim sessions!
If you want to improve your swim endurance, this is for you. Swim faster, stronger, and for longer!
Whether you have events coming up or simply want to build your endurance and confidence in the water, these sessions will help take your swimming to the next level.
We’ll be using the beeper to help with pacing and endurance training.
