Pilates is a system of exercises performed and executed with precision and control to develop full body conditioning, strength, and mobility. Pilates will help to improve your posture, aid body awareness, balance and improve flexibility. I will discuss any specific health conditions with you and will offer progression, regression and modifications to suit your needs.

Some of you will know Claire from Thursday evening Pilates. I went along to her 10th anniversary walk and talk to look at her beautiful working flower farm. Claire has lots to offer including Friday flowers which I ordered this week to collect. They smell gorgeous and look how beautiful they are. This was a £10 bunch with a choice of 3 including Allium and Lilac. Ladies and gents you will not get these beauties in a supermarket! Make someone smile next week
