Consistency is KEY!
A year ago when I tried this exercise I could only just hang - barely ! Then one day , it happened!
When you practice the classical order, you train your whole system to work as one unit.
You work from your centre in every exercise so that you can create the strength and stability you need to move your arms and legs.
In the video the first rep was a struggle, then my body remembered , it understood where to work from and then it became possible .
