Our Jodie!

The change in these photos isn’t just physical.

Over the last few years, she has been through one of the hardest things anyone can go through with losing her dad.

Grief can hit hard. It can knock routines, confidence and even make you lose a bit of yourself for a while.

It’s not been an easy ride but this is what a comeback can look like!

Building herself back up physically and mentally, one step at a time and proving to herself that no matter what life throws at you, you can always fight your way back!

The difference between these photos isn’t just weight loss, it’s confidence.

At the start of the year his mental health was in the gutter. No routine, low energy, low confidence and just not feeling like himself at all.

5 months on and he’s got more energy, better routine, feeling fitter, stronger and finally starting to recognise himself again which is class!

So many people think they need to be “motivated” before they start, but the truth is motivation usually comes AFTER you start seeing progress like this.

Training isn’t just about changing physically either.

Sometimes it’s the first step to getting your head back in a better place too.

Just showing up consistently, improving week by week and trusting the process 👊🏽

Proud of this man. The change keeps coming and we’re only getting started 🐝
