Match day recap
Today's events in The Tungsten Inn Leagues Grimsby saw several key matches in both Monday Division 1 and Monday Division 2, with notable performances and some movement in the standings.
In Monday Division 1, Anthony Mitchell had a strong performance, winning both his matches against Gordon Longhurst and Daz Mawer with scores of 4-0 and 4-2, respectively. Oscar Hewson dropped to fourth despite a win against Jenni Cupit, as he was defeated by Reece Murphy. Jenni Cupit remained in tenth place after securing a win over Bethany Westerman but losing to both Ciaran Blastland and Oscar Hewson. Tom Pickard moved up to twelfth place after drawing with Charlie Hewson and winning against Dave East.
