It boasts an excellent range of pupils of varying abilities and all around passion for this exciting and fun form of fitness. We currently hold a classes on a Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings

IMPORTANT! Could you please make sure you aren't wearing ANY moisturizers before coming to class; doing so will make the poles slippery and it'll significantly increase the chance of an accident. Classes are £7.50 per hour, bookings to be made through our website


Shorts and tank tops are usually recommended for pole, the moves we'll be teaching will require pole to skin contact, but for your first classes joggers/leggings will be fine.
