📽️🎥K2/3 FINAL HIGHLIGHTS!🎥📽️

🟢Greens 1 - 1 Blacks ⚫️ (Blacks win sudden death penalties!)

Highlights from our tournament week two weeks ago as the contest in session 1 went right down to the last kick of the ball in an exciting finale on pitch3!

George put the Greens in front with a clever finish on the near post to make it 1-0. There were chances either end but right towards the end, Brynley had long range effort take a slight deflection, taking it past the goalkeeper to make it 1-1, sending the game in to penalties!

It was the Blacks that were victorious in this Bradley Football Development Centre classic!

We’re delighted to announce that we have another new school joining Kickstarters school services in September!

New Waltham Reception children will be delivered our Kickstarters ➕ Curriculum each week. We’ll be working with the school to link our themes to their curriculum topics to ensure there are cross-curricular links.

Kickstarters + Curriculum

We deliver football sessions through thematic learning to children in education settings to help grow their imagination, immerse them in their learning and develop their hand eye coordination skills as part of their Early Years Goals.

These sessions are without the aid of a story, with the children getting as much ball time as possible in fun and engaging short activities, which are age related. Children will immerse themselves in themes, where they will learn basic skills of football. They will also be introduced to small sided games.

😁Kickstarter Of The Day😁

Well done to Bobby and Theo for winning the Kickstarter of the day award at our Tuesday club!

We took part at the end in a game of 1v1s leading in to a match between Messi’s Argentina 🇦🇷 against Ronaldo’s Portugal 🇵🇹!

We hope you had a great time! Look forward to seeing you next week where we will be taking part in a little mini World Cup tournament at the end!

🏆 Celebrating Our Kickstarters of the Day! 🏆

What an amazing morning of football at Haverstoe Park! The energy on the pitches was incredible, and our coaches were blown away by the effort. A massive congratulations to our certificate winners for showing a top attitude, great focus, and brilliant sportsmanship! 🙌🌟⚽️

Theme: Under the Sea 🐠🌊

Ocean Explorers: Our Plus group took a deep dive into an underwater adventure this week. The players worked hard on keeping the ball glued to their feet while dodging 'sharks' and navigating their way safely through tricky coral reefs!

🛡️ Kickstarters K2–K10 (6–14 yrs)
Focus: 1v1 Dribbling Mastery ⚡️💪
Ball Manipulation: We challenged our older players to use different surfaces of their feet to move and protect the ball quickly in tight spaces.

Beating the Defender: It was all about building confidence. The players practiced explosive changes of direction and smart footwork to win their 1v1 battles during our fast-paced mini-matches.

🎉 Yesterday’s Kickstarter Of The Day Winners! 🎉

Brilliant effort from all our players yesterday! A huge well done to our Kickstarter of the Day winners for showing great teamwork, listening skills, and hard work. You smashed it! 🙌🏆⚽️

📖⚽ Reading Group (3–4 yrs)
Theme: ‘Henry’s Holiday’ (Halfway there!) 🏖️✈️

We read the first half of Henry's adventure and practiced keeping our football ' (the football) close to us with soft, gentle touches as we took part in fun activities linked to the story!

🧜‍♂️⚽ Kickstarters Plus Group
Theme: ‘Under the Sea’ 🐠🌊

Our Plus group dived into the ocean! The players practiced dribbling through 'coral reefs' and turning quickly to keep their ball safe from defenders.

🛡️⚽ Kickstarters K2–K10 (6–14 yrs)
Focus: Dribbling Skills & 1v1s ⚡️⚽

Ball Control: We focused on close dribbling, learning how to use different parts of the foot to keep total control of the ball in tight spaces.
1v1 Challenges: Players put their skills to the test in fast-paced 1v1 games, practicing quick changes of direction to beat a defender.
