Morgan has been absolutely smashing the last 7 weeks, averaging at a healthy 0.5kg loss per week.

We have simply been focusing on making her training as effective as possible, enabling her to lose fat whilst gain muscle and enjoying food at the same time.

She is a very busy lady, showing up to sessions after doing 12 hour night shifts, but her dedication is showing both physically and mentally.

So far she is 3.5kg down since signing on early October (7.7lbs)šŸ™Œ

Self-doubt is normal, and I am starting to learn that it isnā€™t always a bad thing.
You can use it as a way of motivating yourself- itā€™s you vs you, but once it starts to win it will turn from doubt to fear.

Remember: donā€™t compare yourself- everyoneā€™s path is different, look at what you have already achieved, think of a mistake as a lesson and surround yourself with the right people.

So many of my clients say that they canā€™t do it, then go on and do a full set which they make look easy. Everyone needs a push sometimes, just donā€™t let your mind take over.
