Event Take 2: DF Takeover at Docks Academy ✨🪩🪽
This morning was so powerful. 🫶🏼 A room full of women choosing themselves, choosing movement, and choosing community…that energy is unmatched. 🥹
We started with wellness gift bags, energy shots on arrival and protein bakes, then moved straight into dance fitness, boxing and sculpt movements — every woman showing up with strength, fire and intention.🔥
And then we closed with the most peaceful, grounding yoga session with Mollie, reminding us all what it means to slow down and reconnect. 🧘🏽

I’m so grateful for every single woman showing up today! You’re not just attending an event…You’re helping build a community rooted in women empowering women, lifting each other higher every time we come together. ✨
I hope you left feeling proud of yourself, and proud of the space you’ve created for yourself today. This journey is ours, and we’re only getting stronger from here. 🪩💪🏼✨

WELLNESS IN THE SUN: 🌴🪩☀️💪🏼✨🌺�We’re heading into the sunshine and fresh air at Laceby Village — and this time we’re hitting the stunning fields behind the New Laceby Community Collective.
A private outdoor space… the perfect excuse to move, sweat and vibe outdoors again.
We held DF’s first outdoor session five years ago, and it’s time to bring that energy back! 🌴☀️

Join us for a 60 minute DF & Sculpt workout — warm‑up, strengthening dumbell routines, upbeat music, and that signature DF flow!
Think sun‑session workout club vibes! ☀️🪩✨
Build endurance, strength and focus through every movement with me. 💪🏼

If you have 1–2kg weights, bring them along — or message us to reserve equipment.

💲Cash only on the day.
Please pay the instructor on arrival and register.
If the weather turns bad (English summer!) we’ll cancel this session and reopen an indoor session with limited spaces.

Cancellation notice is 24 hours.
If you cancel within this window or do not attend your booked session, we kindly ask that payment is made online.
