A rare photo without my cap! If you don’t know me, I’m Hollie, and after 8 years of DF, it feels right to share more of my journey. 💫
My love for movement began at 11 years old, dancing beside my auntie in the Zumba days. I didn’t know it then, but that moment lit a spark that shaped everything. 🥹
The creativity, the joy, and the dream of building a space where women feel safe, empowered, and excited to move. I’ve trained across multiple fitness, dance, and well‑being programmes, but creating my own choreography is where I feel most me.
When I launched DF, it was Dance Fitness. As I grew, studied, and got stronger, DF grew with me.
Evolving into sculpt sessions with weights, blending strength, conditioning, HIIT, and dance‑inspired movement.
As an instructor, I enjoy gym workouts, classes, & activities, and I bring that variety into my sessions. I know how to keep the body, mind, and spirit engaged, healthy, and energised. Movement doesn’t just change your strength… it shifts your perspective, your mood, your confidence, your whole relationship with exercise. 🫶🏼
At the centre of everything I do is women empowerment. I’ve poured myself into creating a space where ALL women feel seen, supported, and celebrated. Where stress melts away, confidence builds quietly, and your body becomes something you’re proud of. We’re here to celebrate what women are capable of. 💪🏼
DF’s future is shaped by my passion and your energy - more creativity, building strength, more ways to challenge your body and uplift your mind, and more spaces where women feel safe, strong, and connected.
This community has grown alongside me. Your support, your commitment, your willingness to show up… that’s what turned my little idea into something meaningful. I’m super grateful for every woman who’s stepped into a class, shared a smile, attended an event, pushed through a tough track, or supported the person next to her.
You’ve helped me build a space where movement feels like joy instead of pressure… a space where women breathe easier, feel seen, lift each other higher, and remember how powerful they truly are. 💫
