⚽ A Huge Thank You to Our Amazing Coaches especially last night ☔️☔️

To all our incredible volunteer football coaches, we cannot thank you enough for the time, dedication and commitment you give to our club every single week.
Through rain, wind, cold and sunshine, you turn up for training and Saturday matches, giving your time freely to help our players learn, grow and enjoy the beautiful game.
Your passion, patience and hard work make such a difference to our players, both on and off the pitch.

You are the heart of our club, and we simply could not do this without you.
You are truly appreciated! 🔴⚫️⚽️

MATCH REPORT 🔴⚽️ 2020’s

Four super matches again this morning.

James, Kingsley, Noah, Oran, and Xander continued their momentum from last week, all keen to be on the pitch as much as possible and get after the ball.

As well as the goals scored, the coaches were very happy with the defending. A few goals were stopped with some brilliant last-minute tackles.

Well done to Xander, who was this week’s player of the week. Tackling, passing, and scoring, a great all-round performance! ⚽️

Well done to our 2018s playing at the Aurora this afternoon.

Played brilliant football Jace between defence and midfield really put in shifts
Blake goalie for 2 games really well again came out for the last game and was brilliant in midfield
Rowin was moved about a lot but was fantastic as a defender in the last game.
Ollie never stopped running was brilliant in defence and really came into his own in the midfield.
Jack played between midfield and up front some good runs made by him today and passes got a couple good goals aswell.

Jude played mostly midfield and switched up front aswell didn’t stop running fought for every ball and got plenty of goals for his effort 💪💪

Today’s player of the match for the Youth 2019s was a joint one. Both Lewis and Louis who both played unreal at different ends of the pitch.

Lewis a rock in defence not letting much past him and Louis up front scoring goals and creating chances for his team mates. ⚽️⚽️💪💪💙💙

Today Rosemount youth 2019s had 4 games at the Bangor Sportsplex.

With the cold weather creeping back. 🥶

We had a team of

Albrey in nets, great commanding of his area with some unreal saves and great passing out. 🧤

George and Lewis in defence not much gets past these two 💪 George even making a few attacking runs and getting a few goals. ⚽️

Jack and Tyler in midfield. Both players getting the ball and taking on players creating loads of chances for the team. ⚽️⚽️

Louis and Sienna up front. Great movement great goals and great assists giving the opposition defence a hard morning! ⚫️🔴

That’s kids are a joy to watch, cheering on each other and helping each other out on every opportunity! 👏

Well done to the 2019 Rosemount Colts from this afternoon’s games at North Down & Ards Small Sided Games Programme in Bangor Sportsplex.

They all started very well and kept the momentum up with 4 brilliant matches and 3 wins and scored a
last minute equaliser against a strong Dungoyne team.

Jude - when in nets made some great saves and his passing out from defence was good. Covered the pitch well and kept going!

Christopher - strong with his tackling as always, passing to his teammates was good and always plays with a smile!

B - covered the pitch well and broke up opposition play with his tackling, done well at trying to link up with attackers and was unlucky not to score from a dribble in at a corner!

Lyra - covered every blade of grass, tackled very well, passed across her team and scored lots and lots of goals!

Louis - done very well in nets, with some big saves and provided goal scoring chances with his long passes from nets.

Jake - striker role today and was so unlucky several times not to score, either some great saves or last ditch tackles got in the way!

George - covered the pitch well, filled in at different positions and linked defence and attack well.

Harrison - lead the attack line very well, great dribbling in from the side, scored goals and worked hard for the team!

Each of them played brilliantly and the player of the week went to Lyra with a superstar performance today! We owe you a trophy Lyra!
