Some tips for getting back to it:

Follow the rules and regulations, respect the staff and other members and understand theyโre trying their hardest to keep things working as safely as possible โ

Warm up thoroughly, like a good 15 minutes of mobility and movement patterns with minimal weight โจ๏ธ

Concentrate on form, stability, control and a steady rep tempo with controlled breathing, choose big compound movements and whole body workouts before attempting body part splits โ

Do not try for new 1rms or previous top sets as youโll likely put yourself at risk of injury โ๐ค

Prioritise sound nutrition, adequate rest (this includes sleep!) and hydration ๐ฅ ๐ค ๐ง

Most of us will have only had limited equipment or some neglected training so be patient with yourself, weโre all in the same situation! Weโll be aback at our best in due course โณ
