Not another weight loss plan diary šŸ“”šŸŽ„

I want so much more than just weight loss from my workouts and nutrition. I want to feel phenomenal, have shaped arms and shoulders, build muscles and strong bones, do handstands and pull-ups. I want to have it all and be above average before I’m 46 in 10 weeks time.

I’m going to dial in my habits a little, be more focussed and see what I can achieve in the next 2 months
