Thursday has to be even warmer so remember your water and if you have a wee fan, might be a idea to bring it - doors will be open too.

A Plus Fitness is SO MUCH MORE than just a fitness class, and that's down to this lot...

It's the Christmas night out, it's lunches, dinners, going on walks and meeting up at concerts. It's the weekend away, the laughs, the table of empty glasses (cos everything in moderation!). It's the turning up to support a member's charity event, it's screaming the house down while you're singing karaoke.

It's the gift when you're in hospital, the tentative hug when you return after bereavement, it's the "are you ok?", the "wow you are looking amazing". It's worrying about each others kids, and celebrating each other's achievements.

It's about coming and going because LIFE HAPPENS and that is ok here. We'll be waiting πŸ₯°

It's friendship, it's laughter, it's love, it's support, it's FAMILY! 🩡

And is it ok you're not going full pelt? Absolutely. Fitness is whatever you need it for.
