What a night we had. Some fantastic skills to turn, change direction and go 1v1

As always unbelievable skills and he used the chop well. Although his tactic was to take it easy and save energy for the match πŸ˜‚

Ruaridh
His drag and sole use were the best. It was nice to see he's been listening to my advice as it was his best 1v1 play. Huge progress

Robert
Used his speed so well and loved his chopnand L use to get into space. Grabbed several goals and linked well with Zion

Zion
Hes Neymar he said..so he's known as Neys brother. Loved his enthusiasm and energy. Some good stepover and L use. Loved listening and watching him talk/try his own skills.

Keep it up boys. You done very well.

A fantastic class tonight with these 2 boys.

Wagner and Ruaridh

I helped the boys with a tonne of skills. Being creative and moving quickly. A big point was the use their speed. Cutting 1v1 into space and think about outside,.inside and sole. Mixed it with a little touch and passing.

We also had a nutmeg battle, 1v1 and 2v1.

The 2v1 was 15mins long and the boys played well. Couple of good skills and 1 2s. They had a good time.

Wagner with his lovely Santos top being young Robinho and then prime bale. Ruaridh being prime Ruaridh. Trying to hit some of his speciality long shots.

Well done boys.

Games Day

Paisley, Dumbarton, and Bellshill.

Start the New Year at Street Futsal and Football with matches. Depending on nos and format it may be a tournament or players put into 2 teams to simply play.

Let's get the children active after the holidays, let them show off those skills from class, and let them celebrate like their hero's.

At our last matches, we had over 70 players. Dumbarton alone had over 70 goals scored. It was full of action. Brilliant to watch.

2025 is on its way. Why not have a new challenge and join Street Futsal.

We are looking for a coach to join our team to help coach young people skills in a fun fast paced Street Football environment.

This year, we are looking to add to our Greenock sessions by bringing in more young people to train weekly but also put on some matches for them to play.

Great if slightly/very cold session on Monday with these two boys! A great one versus one practice to start where Wagner won with a number of great skills and goals. Ruaraidh however was the star man later on in the night when it came to matches! He scored a number of fantastic goals! He has really really improved in this regard in these sessions!

Great work from the pair of them on a very cold night! See you both next week

Great session last Monday with these boys at branchton under the lights. Some fantastic skills on show both of these boys are progressing very very well! They even managed to beat myself and Lauren (who was down helping out) in a game of two versus two and it wasn’t even close πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚!

Wagner: fantastic on the ball as always got a lot of skills done on me and a lot of these led to goals. His quick feet make it very difficult to get the ball off him and these sessions are just improving these abilities

Ruaraidh: as usual made a lot of great saves but a lot of fantastic movement off the ball too leading to him getting a lot of chances to score a lot of which he took! Another player who is really benefitting and improving his game every week!

Outside in the cage working our skills.

We worked with the ball to start from your basics to some fun creative skills. The tempo was fast, and the boys moved well. We taught the boys their first fake rabonas and roulettes. Ruaridh had covered them before, but a little touch-up helped. Wagner picked them up quoxk.

The boys done several flick ups and moved onto various shooting techniques. Laces, toe, chip, volley and close range on the gk. Then progressing to 1v1 to shoot and 2v1 on coach Kyle and 2v2 match play.

The boys done well. Ruaridh with some lovely drags and turns. He's really coming on. Great to see his confidence so high with a ball at his feet.

Wagner was as skillful as ever and he loved trying to score against Scott. He had a great time. He also managed to show some lovely 1v1 skills in the game. Some brilliant dribbling. He's developing so well.

Well done boys. Great effort, and keep smashing it every week.

Great session last week with these boys making their debuts

Mason: a great start from a player just learning his trade showed some great touches and did really well with his flick ups

Josh: a fantastic player scored lots of great goals and also made a tonne of fantastic saves in goal! He loved his first session and can’t wait to see what he brings tonight

Roman: was on fire like his namesake in the wrestling just raw power. He scored a lot of goals which can be seen in the lives!

Josh: like Roman just sheer raw power. Lots of great goals! He’s got a bright future if he keeps this up!

Great session under the lights last night from the boys! Outstanding work from them all on using both feet followed by an excellent half hour long round of games to finish! Every player can hold their heads up very high after that session

Zion took goalscorer of the night! As usual he was in fire in front of goal. There is ice in this boys veins and he will rarely miss a one on one with the keeper due to his composure and power when shooting

Robert was a worthy adversary of Zion taking goalkeeper of the night with some fantastic saves throughout alongside some great play when he came out of goal!

Stephen defender of the night people hated going up against him as they just couldn’t get past him at all! Also took patter of the night for his β€œdon’t even ask me how I saved that”comment when he quite blatantly had not saved it and the ball had nestled in the corner and went down the hill πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Ruaridh: excellent on the ball bagged a lot of goals with both feet including a few pannas! Great session from him!

Wagner: Wagner was unplayable at times his speed and skill technique saw him get into positions to score a number of great goals! He scored with his left foot a lot as he loved shouting it whenever he did it. Also executed a number of great roulette turns! Great from him
