I’m running an additional class on Saturday mornings to follow Zumba, that will consist of an all over body workout, focusing on toning and strengthening. 9.50-10.30am at Pepprcorns, Orchard St, Dartford. Hope to see you there. Xx

Saturday morning zumba will be returning this week at a new venue, Peppercorns, Orchard Street, Dartford DA1 2DF at 9-9.45am. £5 please. I’ll be taking cash, but happy to accept bank transfer if that’s what you’d prefer. Please have the correct change if paying by cash. No need to book, just turn up! There’s free 2hr parking in Prospect Place or there’s a public car park next door for a small charge (opposite the night club). Walk through the car park to get to Orchard St.
