*UPDATE*
So right now I'm hovering around the 105kg mark (231lbs 16.5 Stone). I feel even looking at my pictures I look more... for lack of a better word..bloated π but I'm not unhappy with how I look
My strength is so noticeably going up and it feels good. Good to know that all the food is going to the right places and doing the right things
The hardest part at the moment is the food lol. Not hard as in a can't do it but hard as in if you f**k up the timing of one of your meals, the knock on effect is jarring cause then its eat later into the day or eat meals closer together which is tough cause hunger is already low. One thing I won't do anymore is mix 2 meals into one because I have already been reprimanded for doing that π
The reason I get all my food in and all my training done is because the only way for me to make sure I do everything I'm supposed to is by treating this like a job. Some times I love it, sometimes I hate it but regardless I'm there and I do what my boss (coach) tells me to do.
If you want it then you have to stay consistent and be patient
