“Will lifting weights help me lose weight?”

Well that depends.. Are you in a calorie deficit?

You see it’s about energy balance. It’s really that simple.

If you are eating more food than your body requires you will gain weight if you are eating slightly under you will lose weight.

Don’t over complicate it, download track your calories. Set the target according to your goals and most importantly stick to it!

No secret eating and no excuses if your answer is “but it’s hard” or “I don’t have the time” then you simply don’t want to achieve your goals as bad as you thought.

Training doesn’t have to take 2 hours, you also don’t need to workout every single day.

You may only manage 3 sessions per week and they may only last 45 minutes.

It’s what you do in that 45 minutes that matter.

When you break it down going to the gym is a very small part of your week. So why not give it 100% effort when you do go?

Test your body, test your mind. Push yourself and prove to yourself you can do more than you thought.

We love that our studio is darker than most, we love that the music is loud and we love that it’s build for purpose.
