Busy night in the gym last night 💨

First off we had our very own Molly sparring former UFC star and professional boxer Molly McCann, great rounds for both of them and a very entertaining watch for the coaches!

Then we had a few of our amateur boxers getting there work done for a big and busy 2026!

The our fitness Wednesday class got put through there paces in a gruelling boxing fitness class 😤
