So counting kcals isn't accurate and there's a very large grey area for efficiency in the body with regards to getting those kcals from our food.

Wow, in the mid 2000's it was estimated that by 2014 the world weight loss market would be worth $586.3billion!!!! You would have thought that if all these advertised healthy strategies from government institutions and health organisations there wouldn't have been a 10.9% annual compound growth of that market from 2009 to 2014!!!

Why do you think as a population we're clearly getting fatter?
