A winning start to 2026/27 for the Men, taking a 71–66 road win over City Silverbacks 2.

We trailed 37–35 at the break before a huge 23–10 third quarter swung the game our way, and the team held on to get the new league campaign off to the perfect start.

After a pre-season win for our Men’s team against Norwich Lions 3 last night, our first junior friendlies of 2026/27 are now underway at East Norfolk.

A new first step into basketball 🏀

Coastal Ballers Basketball launches today at East Norfolk Sixth Form College, creating a new community entry point for younger beginners and a clearer pathway into Great Yarmouth Basketball Club.

The programme is run through East Norfolk as an expansion of its successful Coastal Ballers football offer, with basketball sessions led by Coach George Patterson.

Coastal Ballers is designed primarily for children in School Years 2–6 who are new to basketball or not yet ready for regular team training.

Players in School Year 4 or above who already have basketball experience and are actively looking to play team basketball should normally begin directly in our U11 Development programme instead.

The first East Norfolk session takes place tonight, with a second hub launching at Ormiston Denes Academy in Lowestoft this September.
