🧩🥋 NO-GI & LEGLOCKS CHARITY HAMLET SESSION 🥋🧩 Friday, 5 June

I'm proud to be teaching a charity session at Iceni Warriors, with all funds raised going to The Hamlet Charity.

This is more than just a chance to train.

Growing up, I saw how much of a difference the right support, understanding, and opportunities can make. Not everyone gets the help they need, and that's why charities like The Hamlet are so important. Every day they provide support, friendship, and opportunities for people with autism, disabilities, and complex needs across Norfolk.

Martial arts gave me confidence, discipline, lifelong friendships, and a place where I felt I belonged. It taught me that the strongest communities are the ones that lift others up. This session is my way of giving something back through a sport that has given me so much.

Whether you're coming to sharpen your No-Gi game, learn some leglocks, or simply support an incredible cause, every person on the mats will be helping make a real difference.

A huge thank you to Iceni Warriors for hosting and to everyone who supports the event.

Train with purpose. Learn with purpose. Give with purpose.
