gym will be hosting one of their novice competitions on November 17th!

So if you're live on the East Coast and want to dip your toe into the sport of powerlifting, then this may well be the competition for you.

The Iron Warehouse Team currently has a completely sold-out regional event in July and an incredibly lifter focused team organising these events .

If you choose to enter, you will be very well looked after.

These novice competitions, whilst being sanctioned by the WRPF do not require a membership to compete.

1RM Testing went amazingly.

My last comp total was a 620kg in October 7 months later and I've got a training total of 670kg

📽 Deadlift - 250kg (20kg more than comp)

Lisa Kidd is pulling sumo very well now. Her transition from conventional to sumo wasn't the smoothest but now it's clicked the weights are just flying.
