After a tough year, she’s made herself a priority and has become consistent with her gym and nutrition. And look how she thrives! Celebrating Lynn and her very first competition at the Iron Warehouse Charity Deadlift Comp.

At 70 years young, she faced the nerves with so much courage, went 3/3, and lifted a beautiful 75kg PB 🥹💪

So much love, pride, and respect for this incredible woman. What a privilege to be part of your journey, Lynn — you are truly inspiring 💕✨

Big thank you to and all involved for creating such an amazing space for people to push themselves beyond what they think they are capable of. On to the next!
