Well what a day…
No Konga but another half marathon

Interesting start to the day…
Forgot to set an alarm
Luckily my dog woke me up
Supposed to leave at 7 am
Bridget barked at 6.38 am (OH CRAP 🤣🤣🤣!)
But only left 4 mins late

Got to Cambridge ready for the Cambridge Half Marathon early

Had the best run ever 🙌🎉
Incredible atmosphere, great live music, sooo many people supporting on the streets
Loved it ❤️
Felt like I could have kept running and running

And ANOTHER NEW PB 1.51:43

I ran it for the charity
Alzheimer's Research UK

What a day
No Konga today but….
🎉 I am Absolutely buzzing 🎉
I got a New PB today 🙌

I ran the Southwold half marathon with Phil Rusted
He’s been amazing helping me train, and pushing me to Make this happen
We’ve had the best day 🥰

It just proves with hard work, dedication and determination you can do anything if you don’t give up and you put your mind to it

Just keep working towards your own personal goals
Make it happen for you ❤️

WELCOME BACK TRIBE 🎉🎉🎉
Well that was a class we won’t forget 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣
So my speaker was fixed and picked up today….
Totally died in class🤦🏻‍♀️ so ended up with my phone in a jug to start with and then one of my wonderful ladies flew home to replace it with a Bluetooth speaker
But we did it. We Stuck to it. And smashed class laughing and sweating !

Entertaining to say the least 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️

And with many not able to come to class due to sickness And the weather….
We missed you all 🥰
